Renewal Alerts and Return Dates: ABC Family sets return dates for Pretty Little Liars, Secret Life of the American Teenager, Make or Break it and Greek; orders more Melissa and Joey

All summer and fall long we’ve asked ourselves when is Pretty Little Liars and Secret Life of the American Teenager returning. We’ve missed Pretty Little Liars the most, see or list of the things we miss the most here.  Now we know. Pretty Little Liars returns to ABC Family on Jan. 3 and Secret Life of the American Teenager will return in Spring of 2011. 


ABC Family has finally announced in a recent press release the return dates for their popular teenage dramas, Pretty Little Liars, Secret Life of the American Teenager, Make it or Break It and Greek. 


ABC Family announced in a press release that Pretty Little Liars and Greek will return on Jan. 3 at 8:00 and 9:00 pm respectfully. It is rumored that this will be the final season of Greek, the series has struggled in the ratings recently. 


Secret Life of the American Teenager and Make it or Break It will returned in early spring of 2011. As we previously announced Huge, the teenage drama about summer “fat camp,” will not be retuning as ABC Family has cancelled the series. Sign the jezebel.com petition to save Huge here. 


In other news ABC Family also picked up more episodes of sitcom Melissa and Joey and green lit four pilots. One of those pilots will be executive produced by Brenda Hampton who is the visionary behind Secret Life of the American Teenager and 7th Heaven.  Another of the pilots, The Great State of Georgia, will follow a “plus-sized performer from the south.”
